General Requirement :

• Male / Female, 22 - 25 years of age.
• D3 / S1 from reputable university, GPA min 3,00.
• Minimum 3 years experience in same postion
• Having good knowledge and skill in Performance Management process
• Computer literate (min. under windows).
• English fluency
