Sales Administration Support

(Position situated in Indonesia)
Responsibilities :
  • Provide sales, technical and  marketing support
  • Handle quotations / tender and other sales support
  • Co-ordination for jobs, keeping tracks of job records
  • Manage and update database
  • Preparing of orders, invoices, inventory control and stocks etc
  • Provide other administrative duties and multi-tasking
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years experience in office administration support
  • Experience with import and export regulations in Indonesia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English: both written and spoken
  • Only Indonesian need apply
